You can track your package through the courier website.

4. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at idealpctrading@outlook.com.
We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as “delivered.”

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of MALAYSIA.
